Scheduling
You must schedule your ride at least one business day before your appointment. Public transportation is a shared ride program so it may be necessary for the driver to pick you up when they are in the area. The scheduler will tell you when you need to be ready.

Payment
When you call to schedule your ride, the scheduler will let you know the cost of your fares. You will need to pay each driver for the fare as you travel. You will also need exact change. Drivers do not carry cash! You do not pay at the end of your trip. Each driver collects fares as passengers board the vehicle.

Cancellations
You must call 2 or more hours prior to your appoint time to cancel your ride. If not, you will be billed for the ride and must cover the cost before you ride again. No shows may impact you privilege for transit services.

Only qualified service animals are allowed on transit vehicles. Advance notification when scheduling is appreciated.
